Well, for all those of you who have read my first post, which I believe to be anywhere between 0 and zero people, this post will clearly demonstrate to you the kind of person that I am.In my first post, I said I would update my blog daily,but instead, here I am, 4 months later, finally adding the second chapter to my astoundingly unpopular and rarely, if ever, read blog.I've come to accept these blogging sessions as merely typing practice and the content of these blogs will neither be thought provoking nor entertaining in any way imaginable.
However, for today's entry, there is something on my mind that I feel might be worth sharing.Even if no one ever reads this besides me, (And believe me, that is probably what will end up happening) at least 4 months from now,when I decide to update my blog again, I'll be able to read through this post again and either laugh at my own absurdity or yawn at the undeniable dullness and lack of substance of my compositions.
Anyway, here it goes.I was watching this independent film on youtube.It was about an hour and 30 minutes long.It was about this 20 something 'post-modern' guy who's had it with today's society, plagued by insincerity,cynicism and overall lack of morals and ethics.In one scene, a woman explains the definition of 'coolness' as just simply not giving a fuck about anything.The film goes on to follow the story's lead protagonist as he goes on a journey of self-discovery, encountering different people from different walks of life, each one with their own idea of truth,sincerity and the true meaning of happiness, before he finally realizes what has been under his nose the whole time, that the path to happiness is in the love of a woman.So basically, the film was a load of sentimental horse crap trying to be profound and life-changing and instead, ended up being one hell of a boring,pointless,unremarkable waste of cyberspace.Hahaha
Call it 'post-modernism' or cynicism or whatever the hell you want.In the end, crap is crap and the people that believe in this sort of bullshit need to get out and get a life.The only way you can learn about life is by living it, not by sitting at home in front of your laptop watching some stupid 'art' film or by reading some arsehole's blog like mine.Hahaha
Okay then, I guess that's it for now.Get a life, or join me again in 4 months time to read some more horse shit.Oh yeah,and our random fact for today is that Ryan Gosling and I share the same birthday (the 12th of November).Till next time,bye2 dickheads.
